Power Plant Development
Brenza Construction CHB Limited successfully delivered the construction, completion, and commissioning of two large-scale combined cycle gas-fired power plants. One facility with a capacity of 808 MW was developed in Paka, Terengganu, while another 404 MW power plant was constructed in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.
Both projects were completed within an impressive 22-month timeframe, demonstrating the company’s capability to execute complex energy infrastructure projects efficiently while maintaining high engineering and safety standards.

Integrated Cement Plant Construction
During the rapid expansion of Malaysia’s construction and infrastructure sector in the early 1990s, the demand for high-quality cement increased significantly. To support this growing need, Brenza Construction CHB Limited undertook the development of a fully integrated cement manufacturing plant for YTL Cement.
The facility included the installation and commissioning of a coal mill, raw mill, cement mill, and multiple storage silos, with a production capacity of approximately 1.2 million tonnes of cement annually. This project played an important role in strengthening the country’s cement supply and supporting large-scale infrastructure growth.

Highway Infrastructure Development
Brenza Construction CHB Limited is responsible for the design and construction of the Sentul Link of the Mahameru Highway, an elevated roadway connecting the Mahameru Highway at the PWTC interchange along Jalan Kuching to Jalan Sentul in Kuala Lumpur.
This important transportation project is designed to improve urban connectivity and significantly reduce traffic congestion, providing smoother travel for thousands of daily commuters and strengthening Kuala Lumpur’s road infrastructure network.

Airport Engineering & Development
Brenza Construction CHB Limited was awarded the contract to design, construct, and maintain a modern intermodal airport facility in Sibu, Sarawak. The airport development includes a 6,400 m² passenger terminal building, supporting facilities, and a 1,981-meter by 45-meter runway.
The airport has been designed to handle up to 1.5 million passengers annually, ensuring efficient operations while meeting the evolving needs of both airlines and travelers. This project highlights the company’s expertise in delivering large-scale aviation infrastructure with long-term operational sustainability.
